PETALING JAYA: HCK Capital Group Bhd is purchasing a third parcel of land, measuring about 1.234 acres, in Setia City BizPark, Bukit Raja, Selangor, for RM19.35 million.
In its Bursa Malaysia filing, the property developer said the plot was acquired from Bandar Setia Alam Sdn Bhd.
“With the purchase of Plot 3, the total combined cash consideration for Plots 1, 2 and 3 amounts to RM57.99 million,” the group stated.
HCK Capital said the acquisition supports its strategy of expanding its landbank in high-growth areas of Selangor, paving the way for future property projects with strong development potential.
Situated in the established Setia City BizPark, a mature commercial hub in Bukit Raja, the site enjoys excellent highway connectivity and proximity to well-developed townships.
“The prime location and robust demand for commercial properties in the area are expected to boost HCK Group’s earnings over the medium to long term,” it added.
