Golden Destinations Group targets ACE Market debut

PETALING JAYA: Golden Destinations Group Bhd is planning to list on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.

The company operates as a full-service outbound travel experience curator, offering a wide range of products and services under its flagship Golden Destinations brand.

According to its prospectus exposure, the proposed initial public offering (IPO) will involve 200 million new ordinary shares. Of these, 50 million shares will be offered to the Malaysian public, 35 million shares to eligible directors, employees, and contributors to the group’s success, and 90 million shares via private placement to selected institutional and/or identified investors.

An additional 25 million shares will be privately placed to Bumiputera investors approved by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry.

UOB Kay Hian (M) Sdn Bhd has been appointed as the IPO sponsor.
