Kuala Lumpur, 8 June 2026 – Malaysia must ensure that its artificial intelligence transformation benefits every layer of society, not only technology-savvy businesses and early adopters, Digital Minister Gobind Singh Deo said during the launch of Digital Realty’s Malaysia operations.
Speaking at the event themed Powering Malaysia’s AI-Ready Future, Gobind said the digital economy is evolving rapidly and countries must understand where technology is heading so they can prepare early, build the right infrastructure and take full advantage of next-generation innovation when it arrives.
