F&NHB Delivers More as Strategic Investments Drive Growth and Higher Returns in FY2025

Kuala Lumpur, 22 January 2026 – Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd (F&NHB) underscored the payoff from its multi-year investment strategy at its 64th Annual General Meeting, reporting resilient earnings, higher dividends and tangible progress across new capacity, agriculture and regional expansion for the financial year ended 30 September 2025.

Presenting to shareholders, Chief Executive Officer Lim Yew Hoe said FY2025 marked a pivotal phase in the Group’s evolution, with F&NHB sharpening its commitment to “Delivering More”, more value, more innovation and greater positive impact for stakeholders—while laying foundations for sustainable long-term growth.

Solid Financial Performance Amid Investments

For FY2025, F&NHB posted revenue of RM5.2 billion, with operating profit and profit before tax rising 5.1% and 4.8% respectively. Performance was supported by lower input costs and disciplined operations, while strong contributions from core businesses cushioned start-up investments at F&N AgriValley, reinforcing the Group’s operational resilience.

“FY2025 marked a pivotal phase in F&NHB’s growth journey,” Lim said. “We evolved from capturing value across the entire value chain to a renewed commitment to Delivering More, driving long-term sustainability and prosperity for the business.”

Capacity Expansion and Regional Scale

Shareholders were briefed on major milestones achieved during the year:

  • Butterworth Beverages Plant: The new F&N Beverages plant in Butterworth commenced operations in August 2025, producing drinking water and carbonated beverages for northern Peninsular Malaysia. The facility reduces reliance on Shah Alam output, lowers logistics-related emissions, improves supply-chain efficiency and strengthens cost competitiveness.
  • F&N AgriValley: Investments in the integrated dairy farm began delivering results, with milk production and crop harvesting commencing in FY2025. Beyond serving Malaysia, fresh milk from AgriValley supports BEAR BRAND Sterilised Milk production for export to Cambodia, positioning the Group to capture regional growth.
  • Cambodia Manufacturing: Construction of F&N Foods (Cambodia) Co., Ltd remains on track for completion by March 2026. The facility will produce sweetened condensed and evaporated milk, enabling localised, cost-efficient production for Indochina and strengthening F&NHB’s regional footprint.

Higher Dividends Approved

Reflecting improved performance and confidence in cash generation, the Board recommended, and shareholders approved, a final single-tier dividend of 35.0 sen per share for FY2025 (FY2024: 33.0 sen). This brings total dividends to 65.0 sen per share, amounting to a RM238.4 million payout. The final dividend of approximately RM128.4 million is scheduled for payment on 10 February 2026.

FY2026 Outlook: Innovation and Market Share

Looking ahead, Lim said innovation remains central to maintaining relevance and competitiveness, with continued portfolio refresh through plant-based milk and sugar-free beverage variants. Despite ongoing geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainties, he noted that F&NHB’s strong balance sheet, healthy cash flows and disciplined cost management position the Group to navigate volatility with agility.

“Our priority for FY2026 is to accelerate market share growth, ensure supply continuity across Indochina, and build the next pillars of growth,” Lim said, adding that disciplined investments would continue to expand consumer reach while reducing environmental impact.

Purpose, Sustainability and Recognition

Chairman Tengku Syed Badarudin Jamalullail highlighted the Group’s broader purpose, noting sustained community support and environmental progress despite a challenging year. Solar installations across Malaysia and Thailand now generate over 19 million kWh of clean energy annually, equivalent to the carbon absorption of approximately 88,000 trees.

In FY2025, F&NHB received multiple accolades, including the Gold Award (Consumer Products & Services) at The Edge ESG Awards 2025, the ASEAN Halal Brand Award 2025, and a Top Ten Global Beverage Companies ranking in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) 2025, affirming its progress in sustainability, governance and regional leadership.
