Croesus IT Holdings Berhad Debuts on LEAP Market With RM12 Million Market Cap, Marking Milestone for Malaysia’s Enterprise Software Sector

KUALA LUMPUR, 3 December 2025 — Croesus IT Holdings Berhad (“Croesus IT” or “the Company”) [CROESUS/03066], a long-established enterprise software solutions provider and Malaysia’s pioneering SAP Business One channel partner, made its successful debut on the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad today. The milestone marks a significant new chapter for the Group as it positions itself for accelerated expansion across Malaysia’s fast-growing digital-transformation landscape.

Listed by way of introduction, Croesus IT’s entire issued share capital of 100 million ordinary shares was admitted at a listing reference price of RM0.12 per share, giving the Company an initial market capitalisation of RM12 million.

This listing also makes Croesus IT the first SAP Business One partner to be listed on Bursa Malaysia, underscoring the growing strategic importance of enterprise software, automation, and digital-enablement firms in the region.
