Kuala Lumpur, 1 May 2026 – Country Heights Holdings Bhd will assume direct management and operation of Mines Beach Resort from 1 May 2026, following the early termination of a management agreement by its third-party operator.
The company said its indirect subsidiary, Mines Wellness Hotel Bhd, which owns Mines Beach Resort, received a termination notice from Tamara Concierge Sdn Bhd on 25 February 2026. Following the notice, Country Heights said it had taken the necessary steps to ensure operational continuity at the resort and would take over direct management with effect from 1 May.
