Kuala Lumpur, 31 July 2026 – Butterfield FB Berhad has signed an underwriting agreement with M&A Securities Sdn Bhd for its proposed initial public offering on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia, bringing the beverage-ingredient manufacturer closer to a targeted listing by September 2026.
The company manufactures customised coffee and tea extract powder blends for business customers, providing services spanning formulation, production and distribution. It also sells food ingredients and instant beverage premixes.
