In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the biomass boiler manufacturer said the procurement agreement is valued at RM64.87 million, covering the supply of machinery, equipment, materials, and tools, including PV panels and mounting structures.

Meanwhile, the engineering and construction agreement is worth RM30.14 million for the design, engineering, as well as project and construction management of the solar farm.

BM GreenTech said the project is expected to boost the group’s net assets and earnings per share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, and in subsequent years until completion, barring unforeseen circumstances.
