AmanahRaya, Singapore Public Trustee Sign Pact To Help Malaysians Recover Unclaimed Assets

Kuala Lumpur, 27 April 2026 – Amanah Raya Bhd has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Public Trustee of the Republic of Singapore to strengthen cross-border efforts in tracing Malaysians who may be entitled to unclaimed assets held in Singapore.

The collaboration is aimed at improving the identification, verification and outreach process for rightful beneficiaries in Malaysia, particularly in cases where assets remain under the administration of Singapore’s Public Trustee. These may include unclaimed monies, funds without named beneficiaries under Singapore’s Central Provident Fund framework, and other assets left behind by deceased individuals.
