The certification, issued by GreenRE, an initiative under the Real Estate and Housing Developers’ Association (REHDA) Malaysia, recognizes buildings that demonstrate exceptional environmental performance and operational sustainability. GreenRE serves as one of Malaysia’s leading green building rating tools, designed to drive energy efficiency, reduce carbon footprints, and promote environmentally responsible real estate practices.
Benchmarking Green Excellence
Vista Tower achieved this certification following the successful completion of GreenRE’s Site Verification Assessment (SVA), a rigorous audit that evaluated the property’s sustainability practices across six key pillars, energy efficiency, water efficiency, carbon emission reduction, environmental protection, indoor environmental quality, and green innovation.
The GreenRE Silver rating affirms Vista Tower’s commitment to energy management and environmental conservation while enhancing tenant comfort and operational efficiency. It also positions AmanahRaya REIT among Malaysia’s frontrunners in sustainable commercial property management, aligning its portfolio with national green building objectives and international ESG standards.
