OSLO, 29 September 2025 – Swiss-based security services provider Verisure is targeting a valuation of up to 13.9 billion euros ($16.29 billion) in its upcoming listing on Nasdaq Stockholm, according to its IPO prospectus released Monday.
The company, which announced its listing plans on September 17, intends to raise 3.1 billion euros in what could become one of Europe’s largest IPOs in recent years.
Verisure said it will price new shares between 142 and 153 Swedish crowns, setting its potential market capitalization between 12.9 billion and 13.9 billion euros.
The IPO will test investor appetite for large-scale listings in Europe’s capital markets at a time when volatility has kept several companies on the sidelines.
