Singapore, 4 November 2026 – Former GS Holdings Limited chief executive Pang Pok was charged on 4 November with offences involving an alleged conspiracy to engage in false trading and obstruction of justice, the Singapore Police Force said. Pang, 68, and two other men are accused of creating a misleading appearance concerning the company’s securities price between January 2022 and October 2023.

For Asian investors, the case concerns the integrity of market prices and the handling of evidence during an investigation. The allegations have not been established by a conviction. The company, now named Octopus (Apac) Holdings, is distinct from the individuals charged, and the announcement does not establish wrongdoing by its current management or a quantified loss to shareholders.
