Johor, Malaysia, 4 November 2026 – Princeton Digital Group has secured approximately USD 1.3 billion in green financing for its JH1 data-centre campus in Johor, the company announced on 4 November. The financing, equivalent to about RM5.1 billion in its own release, will support continued development and expansion of the 200-megawatt campus at Sedenak Tech Park.

For Malaysian businesses and infrastructure investors, the transaction shows banks committing financing to a major digital-infrastructure project rather than simply expressing interest in regional demand. Financing capacity is nevertheless different from completed construction or electricity consumption. The announcement establishes funding support for expansion; it does not mean all 200 megawatts are already operational or fully utilised.
