Kuala Lumpur, 3 November 2026 – IOIPG Malaysia Real Estate Investment Trust has launched its prospectus ahead of a planned 25 November listing on Bursa Malaysia, setting out an offer price of RM0.96 per unit and an expected market capitalisation of about RM5.3 billion. IOI Properties Group Berhad, the sponsor, expects the initial public offering to raise approximately RM2.1 billion for the group.
The offer comprises up to 2.2 billion units, equal to 40% of the proposed 5.5 billion-unit fund after listing. The retail portion includes 715.6 million units, subject to clawback and reallocation, while the institutional offering comprises up to 1.48 billion units. Applications opened on 3 November and are scheduled to close at 5pm on 10 November. The prospectus therefore moves the transaction from earlier fundraising expectations into a defined offer period and published terms.
