MCE Revenue Climbs 21.5%, but Profit Falls as US and India Projects Emerge

Kuala Lumpur, 30 September 2026 – MCE Holdings increased annual revenue by 21.5% to RM185.47 million in the year ended 31 July 2026, supported by vehicle programmes already in production and a ramp-up of newly launched models. The top-line growth came with a less straightforward profit picture: profit attributable to owners fell to RM16.28 million from RM23.91 million, a prior-year figure that included a one-off land disposal gain.

MCE said the comparable prior-year profit would have been RM17.59 million without that gain. Investors should resist treating the 21.5% sales increase as an equivalent improvement in earnings. The distinction matters as the company brings its Serendah MCE Auto Hub into operation and spends to support higher-volume, more advanced electronics work.
