Kuala Lumpur, 28 September 2026 – Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Bhd is urging a more targeted financing approach in Budget 2027, arguing that viable businesses need working capital, measured repayment flexibility and productivity support as geopolitical disruption and rising costs pressure their cash flows.
