Port Dickson, 28 September 2026 – Eco World Development Group says its FY2026 sales have surpassed RM5 billion after an agreement to sell two industrial-land parcels at Eco Business Park VII in Negeri Sembilan to Tera Data Centers for approximately RM1.01 billion. The company had recorded RM4.052 billion of sales in the ten months to 31 August. Adding the 22 September agreement takes its reported sales tally beyond RM5 billion, well above the original RM4 billion full-year target. The transaction remains an agreed land sale, not evidence that a data centre has been completed or that the entire consideration has been recognised as accounting revenue.
The Port Dickson parcels cover 221.665 acres within QUANTUM Pulse, the development’s dedicated data-centre area. The scale makes the agreement material to EcoWorld’s industrial-land strategy, but investors should retain the distinction between a signed conditional transaction, cash collection and revenue recognition. The timing of each can differ under the sale terms and applicable accounting treatment. That distinction is especially important when a headline sales figure is used to infer near-term profit or cash flow.
