Petaling Jaya, 25 September 2026 – Eco World Development Group has passed RM5 billion in sales for the first time after a major industrial-land transaction lifted an already strong financial year. The milestone exceeds its RM4 billion target for the year ending 31 October 2026, but investors should distinguish the underlying property-sales run rate from the effect of one unusually large deal.

The developer had recorded RM4.05 billion of sales in the ten months to 31 August. A RM1.01 billion agreement signed on 22 September to sell 221.665 acres at Eco Business Park VII to Tera Data Centers then took the combined figure above RM5 billion. The transaction reflects demand for serviced industrial land suitable for digital infrastructure.
