Kuala Lumpur, 28 August 2026 – Cape EMS Berhad returned to profitability in FY2026, posting revenue of RM425.6 million, profit before tax of RM12.6 million and profit attributable to shareholders of RM14.4 million. The result reverses a RM38 million net loss recorded during the preceding 18-month transition period and gives investors an early measure of whether the group’s reset is beginning to translate into a more durable earnings base.

Fourth-quarter revenue reached a record RM136.9 million, rising 27.2% from RM107.7 million in the previous quarter and extending sequential growth to four quarters. Gross activity improved, although the quarter still carried a RM7.3 million loss before tax after a RM9.9 million impairment on other receivables and project expenditure. Management indicated normalised quarterly profit before tax would have been RM8.1 million without the exceptional charges.
