UPS Raises 2026 Outlook as Logistics Overhaul Lifts Momentum

Atlanta, United States, 28 July 2026 – UPS raised its full-year outlook after second-quarter revenue and adjusted profit exceeded expectations, signalling that its network overhaul and planned reduction in lower-yield volume are beginning to produce stronger operating momentum. Consolidated quarterly revenue reached US$22.8 billion, while adjusted operating profit rose to US$2.1 billion.

Reported operating profit was US$930 million and diluted earnings were US$0.71 a share. On an adjusted basis, diluted earnings reached US$1.76 and the operating margin expanded to 9.2%. The difference reflects US$891 million of after-tax transformation charges, mainly employee-separation costs associated with a workforce reduction programme.
