Singapore, 20 July 2026 – A consortium involving Sunway Bhd’s Singapore property unit, Sunway MCL Ltd, has secured a S$2.128 billion tender for a major mixed-use development site at Bayshore Drive, strengthening the Malaysian conglomerate’s presence in Singapore’s property market.

The 99-year leasehold site was awarded to Gemini Residential Pte Ltd and Gemini Trustee Pte Ltd, acting as trustee-manager of Gemini Mall Trust, after the consortium submitted the highest offer in the government land tender.
