Johor Baru, 10 July 2026 – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has urged Malaysians to reject extreme racism and the politics of hatred, calling instead for unity, mutual respect and a stronger sense of shared national responsibility.
Anwar said Malaysia’s future must be built on cooperation among citizens of all races and religions, rather than political narratives that divide communities for short-term gain.
