MACC Officer Selected for FBI National Academy as Malaysia Strengthens Enforcement Leadership

Kuala Lumpur, 2 July 2026 – A senior Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission officer has been selected to represent Malaysia at the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy in the United States, marking another recognition of the country’s anti-corruption enforcement talent on the international stage.

Principal Senior Assistant Commissioner Irawan Khlir, who serves with the MACC Special Operations Division, has been chosen for the FBI National Academy Session 299 in Quantico, Virginia. He is the third officer from the commission to be selected for the prestigious international training programme.
