Kuala Lumpur, 16 June 2026 – RNG Tech Berhad, the operator of the Rest N Go vending massage chair brand, has launched its prospectus for an ACE Market listing as it seeks to raise fresh capital to expand its regional footprint and strengthen its position in Malaysia’s convenience wellness market.
The company, through its subsidiaries, is primarily involved in providing vending massage services under the Rest N Go brand. By revenue, RNG Tech is the largest vending massage chair operator in Malaysia, with a 66.2% market share in 2025.
