KUALA LUMPUR, 26 August 2025 – UOA Development Bhd (UOA 发展有限公司) has delivered a solid set of results for the second quarter ended 30 June 2025, supported by steady progress across its key property projects.
The group recorded revenue of RM130.2 million, a notable increase from RM99.2 million in the same quarter last year. Cumulative revenue for the first half of 2025 rose to RM282.3 million, compared with RM169.5 million in the corresponding period of 2024.
Profit after tax and minority interests (PATAMI) also strengthened, reaching RM91.7 million for the quarter under review, up from RM61.1 million a year earlier.
Strong Contributions from Flagship Developments
UOA attributed the higher earnings to the progressive recognition of several ongoing projects, including Bamboo Hills Residences, Aster Hill, Laurel Residence, and the Bangsar South Medical Centre. These projects continued to drive both revenue and profitability during the period.
Robust Sales and Solid Pipeline
New property sales for the first half of the year stood at approximately RM413 million, mainly contributed by Bamboo Hills Residences, Laurel Residence, Aster Hill, and Duo Tower. As at 30 June 2025, UOA reported unbilled sales of RM888.1 million, providing earnings visibility for the coming quarters.
The results underscore UOA’s steady momentum in the Malaysian property market, supported by resilient demand for its residential and mixed-use developments.
