JG Summit Selects Cognizant for ServiceNow Implementation to Modernise IT Operations

Manila, 5 May 2026 – JG Summit Holdings Inc has selected Cognizant for a ServiceNow implementation and managed services engagement, as the Philippine conglomerate moves to modernise its information technology operations and establish a more unified service management framework across its diversified businesses.

The engagement will support JG Summit’s IT transformation journey by standardising processes on the ServiceNow AI Platform. The goal is to create a more consistent, governed and scalable IT operating model across the group’s businesses, which span consumer foods, air transportation, real estate and other industries.
