Shah Alam, 3 June 2026 – Top Glove Corporation Bhd has become the first glove manufacturer in Malaysia to achieve independently verified Product Carbon Footprint data for its nitrile gloves, marking a significant sustainability milestone for the world’s largest rubber glove manufacturer.
The verification covers Top Glove’s nitrile powder-free 3.5g gloves, with the Product Carbon Footprint confirmed at 26.274kg CO2e per 1,000 gloves. The assessment was conducted on a cradle-to-gate basis, measuring emissions from raw material sourcing through to the point before the product leaves the factory gate.
