Petaling Jaya, 26 February 2026 – The Curve unveils its 2026 Hari Raya campaign “Alunan Syawal di Kampung Pesisir,” featuring its first original Raya song, over 100 vendors and meaningful CSR initiatives.
Running from 20 February to 29 March 2026, the campaign transforms the mall’s Centre Court into a picturesque coastal retreat, complete with an elevated Rumah Kampung structure and rustic sandbar swings, creating a serene setting that celebrates gratitude, family bonds and Malaysia’s rich coastal heritage.
First-Ever Original Raya Song: “Samba Raya”
Marking a significant milestone, the Curve has introduced its first-ever original Raya song, titled “Samba Raya.” Specially commissioned for the campaign, the song adds an emotional and authentic layer to the festive ambience.
True to the mall’s community spirit, “Samba Raya” is performed by local buskers who have been part of the Curve’s ecosystem for more than eight years, reinforcing the campaign’s emphasis on connection and shared memories.
“Raya represents not only a celebration but also a meaningful moment to express gratitude and strengthen bonds,” said En Jazmi, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Boustead Properties Berhad. “Through ‘Alunan Syawal di Kampung Pesisir,’ our goal is to transport visitors to a simpler time where the warmth of togetherness is truly cherished.”

100+ Festive Vendors and Pazar Ramadan
In supporting local SMEs, the Curve is hosting more than 100 festive vendors across the mall. Shoppers can browse a wide selection of traditional and contemporary baju kurung, baju melayu, festive delicacies and home décor, offering variety and convenience under one roof.
Complementing the retail experience, the Curve together with Natra Event is hosting a dedicated Pazar Ramadan, featuring a wide array of berbuka puasa offerings. The initiative ensures families can shop for Raya essentials while enjoying a vibrant iftar dining experience.
Community-Centred CSR Initiatives
In the spirit of giving, the campaign incorporates several community-driven initiatives:
- Ihya’ Ramadan with SURIA: In collaboration with Suria FM, the Curve will distribute 1,000 packs of Bubur Lambuk to shoppers and the surrounding community. A further 300 food packs will be shared during a communal breaking-of-fast session.
- Berbuka Puasa with Rumah Anak-Anak Yatim Damai Kuang: A special iftar session, sponsored by mall tenant Flint, will be organised for children from Rumah Anak-Anak Yatim Damai Kuang.
- “Kongsi Kindness” Donation Drive: A dedicated Kongsi Rezeki booth at Centre Court encourages shoppers to donate essential items for the orphanage’s daily needs and festive preparations.
- Vendors Sharing Kindness: Participating brands such as Abayalubnaa, Iman Adam & Love Trisha, The Bahaman, Monstr and others have stepped forward to sponsor essential items and festive treats for the children.
Cultural Performances and Family Activities
The festivities are further enriched with traditional cultural showcases including Tarian Zapin and Ghazal performances, alongside family-friendly activities such as the Kilauan Lebaran Workshop and Kids Art & Craft sessions at Level 2.
A digital activation titled “Berbuka Puasa @ the Curve, Jom!” at The Street entrance features a Spin & Win Wheel, helping shoppers choose from the mall’s diverse F&B outlets for their iftar meals.
