SoftBank Eyes US Listing for New AI Robotics Company Roze

Tokyo, 30 April 2026 – SoftBank Group is reportedly preparing to create and list a new artificial intelligence and robotics company in the United States, in what could become one of the most ambitious capital-market moves in the global AI infrastructure race.

The planned company, called Roze, would focus on AI, robotics and data-centre development, according to reports citing people familiar with the matter. The proposed listing could take place as early as 2026, with SoftBank executives said to be targeting a valuation of around US$100 billion.
