Singapore, 29 August 2026 – Singapore will begin a phased auction of more than 1,000 luxury items and 80 properties forfeited in a S$3 billion money-laundering case, turning seized assets into recoverable value through a process scheduled to run from September 2026 into the middle of 2027.

The disposal programme covers a wide range of assets, including high-end handbags, jewellery, watches, accessories and real estate. Property auction work has been assigned to SRI, Edmund Tie and Knight Frank, while Hotlotz will manage the sale of luxury goods. The use of specialist auction houses reflects the need for accurate valuation, market reach and transparent execution across very different asset classes.
