Shah Alam, 10 August 2026 – Selangor plans to develop an integrated “super app” bringing together services and complaint channels from all 12 local authorities, an initiative that could reshape how residents and businesses interact with municipal government.
The proposal responds to public frustration over having to navigate multiple applications for different council services. A single platform is intended to simplify access, accelerate complaint handling and reduce uncertainty over which digital channel residents should use.
