Seoul, 14 August 2026 – Samsung Electronics is recruiting artificial-intelligence specialists to accelerate the transformation of its semiconductor business, extending a broader company-wide push to embed AI in research, production and corporate workflows. The hiring drive reflects the industry’s shift from using AI only in products to applying it throughout the chip-development process.
Samsung’s semiconductor AI organisation works across computer vision, machine learning, large language models, software engineering, data platforms and manufacturing systems. These capabilities can be applied to circuit design, equipment control, process optimisation, defect detection and factory scheduling, areas where small efficiency gains can carry significant financial value at scale.
