Radium Development 1Q Revenue Rises 77% as Klang Valley Projects Progress

KUALA LUMPUR, 21 May 2026 – Radium Development Berhad recorded stronger first-quarter results for FY2026, supported by continued progress across its Klang Valley property developments and the advancement of its longer-term diversification into healthcare.

For the quarter ended 31 March 2026, the Group posted revenue of RM70.8 million, representing a 77% increase from RM40.0 million in the corresponding quarter last year. Profit after tax rose to RM6.1 million from RM2.6 million previously, reflecting stronger construction progress and sales recognition from ongoing developments.
