Kuala Lumpur, 7 October 2026 – Optimax Holdings Berhad has formalised a collaboration with MyANGKASA Holdings Sdn Bhd to expand access to eye care services for eligible cooperative members and their immediate families, creating a new distribution channel whose commercial value will depend on participation rather than the size of the network alone.

The agreement was signed by Optimax’s wholly owned subsidiary, Optimax Eye Specialist Centre Sdn Bhd, and MyANGKASA Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of Angkatan Koperasi Kebangsaan Malaysia Berhad, or ANGKASA. It builds on their memorandum of understanding signed on 9 March 2026 and moves the relationship into an agreed implementation framework.
