OpenAI to Add 250 Dublin Jobs as European Workforce Expands Beyond 350

Dublin, 27 July 2026 – OpenAI plans to create 250 positions in Dublin over the next two years and move into a larger European Union headquarters, more than tripling its Irish workforce as demand for artificial intelligence services grows across the region.

The company currently employs more than 100 people in Dublin, where it established its European headquarters in 2023. Once the new positions are filled, its Irish workforce will exceed 350 employees.
