London, 19 September 2026 – AI cloud provider Nscale has filed for a US initial public offering, disclosing sharply higher revenue alongside a substantially larger net loss. The London-based company’s financial figures highlight the central investor question in AI infrastructure: whether rapid deployment and contracted demand can translate into sustainable earnings and cash generation.
Revenue reached US$140.6 million in the six months ended June 30, 2026, compared with US$10.4 million a year earlier. The filing reports growth of 1,252%, with the increase attributed to new deployments becoming available to customers. The percentage reflects a small prior-year base and should be read alongside the absolute revenue expansion.
