Kuala Lumpur, 30 June 2026 – NICE REE Sdn Bhd has entered into a tripartite memorandum of understanding with Greensnow Consolidated Berhad and US-based StrategicREM, LLC, marking a significant step in Niche Capital Emas Holdings Berhad’s move into Malaysia’s rare earth minerals sector.

NICE REE, formerly known as Supreme Conquest Sdn Bhd, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Niche Capital Emas Holdings Berhad. The MoU establishes a framework for the exclusive sale and purchase of rare earth minerals to be produced from a 2,000-acre tenement in Kampung Jeli, Kelantan.
