Negeri Sembilan’s Economic Record Strengthens Aminuddin’s Re-Election Pitch

Seremban, 27 July 2026 – Negeri Sembilan’s rising investment inflows and stronger financial position have become central to caretaker Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun’s campaign for a renewed mandate as voters prepare for the state election on 1 August.

The state recorded RM19.1 billion in approved investments during 2025, nearly three times the RM7.1 billion secured a year earlier. The performance represented Negeri Sembilan’s highest annual investment value and elevated it to sixth place among Malaysian states.
