Singapore, 22 October 2026 – Mi Material Holding Limited is seeking to raise about S$215 million through its Singapore Exchange Mainboard offering and cornerstone placements, with most of the expected S$168.2 million in net proceeds earmarked for a research, development and demonstration centre in the United States. The semiconductor-materials company is offering shares at S$1.80 each.
The listing matters to Asian investors because it connects regional capital with specialised materials used in advanced semiconductor packaging. The transaction terms and expansion plans are disclosed by the company, but the commercial returns from the new facilities remain prospective. Mi Material must convert its technology position and customer relationships into earnings after it becomes independently listed.
