Menlo Park, California, 3 November 2026 – Meta Platforms, Inc. is reportedly considering at least USD 20 billion in cross-border bond offerings to help finance its artificial-intelligence infrastructure expansion. Meta’s official third-quarter figures show USD 32.79 billion of operating cash flow, USD 34.91 billion of capital expenditure including finance-lease principal, and negative free cash flow of USD 2.12 billion.
