Kuala Lumpur, 8 March 2026 – Lim Seong Hai Capital Berhad (“LSH Capital”) hosted the Majlis Santuni MADANI OKU Sempena Ramadan 2026, a community outreach programme aimed at supporting and celebrating Malaysia’s OKU (Persons with Disabilities) community during the holy month of Ramadan.
The event took place at LSH33, Sentul, bringing together members of the OKU community, local residents and corporate representatives in a spirit of compassion and inclusivity.
The programme was officiated by Prabakaran Parameswaran, Member of Parliament for Batu, who attended as the Guest of Honour.
Corporate Commitment to Community Welfare
The initiative reflects LSH Capital’s commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), particularly in supporting underserved communities and promoting social inclusion.
During the ceremony, donations were presented to members of the OKU community as part of the Group’s effort to ease financial burdens and bring encouragement during Ramadan.

The programme also included speeches and prayers before participants gathered for a communal iftar (breaking of fast) session.
Organisers said the initiative was designed not only to provide material support but also to foster greater awareness and appreciation for the contributions and resilience of persons with disabilities.
Strengthening Community Engagement
Events such as Majlis Santuni MADANI highlight the growing role of corporate organisations in community development and social welfare initiatives.
Through meaningful engagement with local communities, companies are increasingly integrating CSR into broader sustainability and stakeholder engagement strategies.
The evening concluded with a shared meal between attendees, reinforcing the values of compassion, unity and generosity that are central to the Ramadan spirit.
