San Francisco, 30 April 2026 – LinkedIn’s artificial intelligence hiring agents are on track to generate about US$450 million in annual revenue, giving Microsoft’s professional-networking platform one of its clearest commercial proofs yet that agentic AI can become a serious business product, not just a productivity experiment.
The company said its AI-powered recruitment tools are designed to help human recruiters identify suitable candidates more efficiently by interpreting hiring instructions, searching through LinkedIn profiles and recommending potential matches for follow-up. LinkedIn has launched two main products, one aimed at large companies and another for smaller businesses, as it seeks to deepen its role in the global talent economy.
