Inta Bina Secures RM212m Sime Darby Property Condominium Project in Kuala Lumpur

PETALING JAYA: Inta Bina Group Bhd has been awarded a RM212.34 million contract from Sime Darby Property (KL East) Sdn Bhd to undertake a major condominium development in Kuala Lumpur.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the construction group confirmed that the scope covers:

  • One condominium block comprising Anjung A (233 units, 30 floors) and Anjung B (247 units, 32 floors) built above eight podium floors.
  • A multi-level carpark.

The construction will run for 36 months, commencing 7 October 2025 and slated for completion by 6 October 2028.

Funding for the project will be through internally generated funds and/or external borrowings, the company said.

β€œThe contract will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Inta Bina.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the contract is expected to contribute positively towards the future earnings of Inta Bina for the duration of the contract,” the company noted in its filing.

The award underscores Inta Bina’s continued role as a trusted contractor for large-scale residential projects, while strengthening its project pipeline over the next three years.
