Beijing, China, 17 August 2026 – Ingenic Semiconductor has launched a Hong Kong share offering that could raise as much as HK$3.22 billion, giving the Beijing-based chip designer a second listed-market platform as it pursues international expansion.

The company is offering 31.29 million H shares at a maximum price of HK$102.80 each. Trading is expected to begin on 25 August under stock code 3223, with Guotai Junan International acting as sole sponsor.
