Manila, 18 September 2026 – GCash parent Mynt has secured Philippine Stock Exchange approval for its proposed initial public offering, advancing a closely watched fintech listing while leaving pricing and regulatory compliance as important outstanding steps. For investors, the decision opens the next stage of assessment rather than confirming that the offering has been completed.
The approved structure includes up to 8,027,409,600 firm shares, split between 1,605,481,900 newly issued shares and 6,421,927,700 existing shares. An additional overallotment option covers up to 1,204,111,400 secondary shares. The reported P10 per-share figure is a ceiling; the final clearing price remains a matter for price discovery.
