Petaling Jaya, 22 October 2026 – Gamuda Berhad is targeting property sales of nearly RM7 billion for the financial year ending July 2027, more than double the RM3.2 billion recorded in the previous year. The Malaysian infrastructure and property group plans approximately RM10 billion of launches across Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam to support that objective.
The target matters to Asian investors because property sales influence future revenue, cash flow and land development across several of Gamuda’s core markets. The FY2026 sales figure and management target are confirmed company disclosures; achievement is not assured. Launch timing, buyer affordability, approvals, interest rates and currency movements will determine how much of the planned pipeline converts into signed sales.
