Petaling Jaya, 7 September 2026 – Farm Fresh Bhd’s proposed private placement of up to RM200 million is designed to accelerate regional dairy expansion while increasing the group’s ownership of premium ice-cream business The Inside Scoop. The exercise gives the company additional capital flexibility, but it will also introduce near-term dilution that investors must weigh against the expected returns from new capacity and a broader consumer platform.

The integrated dairy producer plans to issue as many as 109.65 million new ordinary shares, equivalent to about 5.8% of its existing share capital, based on an illustrative issue price of RM1.824 per share. The final issue price and proceeds will depend on market conditions and the placement’s terms when executed.
