EMGA Arranges USD15 Million OeEB Financing for Asia Alliance Bank to Support SMEs, Women Entrepreneurs and Green Projects

London, 22 May 2026 – Emerging Markets Global Advisory LLP has arranged a USD15 million financing facility from OeEB, the Development Bank of Austria, for Asia Alliance Bank, strengthening international funding support for Uzbekistan’s private sector, small businesses and sustainable finance agenda.

The facility is expected to support Asia Alliance Bank’s continued expansion in financing for small and medium enterprises, women-led entrepreneurship and green projects across Uzbekistan. The transaction also reflects the growing role of development finance institutions in supporting economic inclusion, private sector resilience and climate-aligned investment in emerging markets.
