The target gives the initiative a measurable early benchmark and places execution, rather than aspiration, at the centre of Penang’s effort to deepen business digitalisation.
The state-backed organisation describes the service as a smarter and faster way for SMEs to find technology partners. That proposition addresses a familiar bottleneck: many smaller companies recognise the need to digitise but struggle to identify reliable vendors, compare solutions or determine which investments will generate a commercial return.
