Petaling Jaya, 21 September 2026 – Dialog Group has secured final investment decision approval from Petroliam Nasional Bhd for the development and abandonment plan of the RAJA Cluster Small Field Asset, clearing the way for an estimated US$81 million, or RM330 million, investment. The approval advances Dialog’s upstream strategy while giving investors a defined development timetable and a clearer basis for assessing future earnings contribution.

Dialog Resources, the group’s wholly owned subsidiary, entered the 14-year production-sharing contract for the cluster in December 2024. The arrangement includes a two-year pre-development phase, a two-year development period and up to ten years of production. First commercial output is expected by the end of the development phase, subject to execution, reservoir performance and the usual operational approvals.
